I don't want to repeat what is already available online. This is for reference purposes. I'll try to keep adding things that are useful.

West River Parkway Closed
On April 16, 2018 the West River Parkway was closed.
Current Bike Paths
Entering from Buffalo you can start at Staley Road exit of the 190. Take the bike path to South Parkway through Beaver Island State Park. Then north on West River Parkway to Buckhorn State Park. There you can cross the bridge and continue to along the Robert Moses Parkway to the edge of the Niagara Falls or stay on the path in Buckhorn and connect to Vetran's Park.
